Turn Around Time for Cutom Orders is 2 to 3 Business Days, not including weekends.

Recommended DPI: 300 for best print quality

• Recommended File Type: PNG, PDF, EPS
• Due to the variation in monitors and browsers, the colors on the image may appear different on different monitor
• Image should have a transparent background.
• We will not refund, replace, return or exchange transfers for poor quality when the digital image is provided by the customer. 
• We will not refund, replace, return or exchange due to heat press errors. Please check your time, temperature and placement prior to pressing transfer.  

THE DESIGN WILL BE PRINTED EXACTLY AS IT WAS UPLOADED.

• IF THERE IS A BACKGROUND (SOLID COLOR BEHIND YOUR IMAGE) IT WILL PRINT WITH A BACKGROUND.
• IF YOUR IMAGE IS BLURRY IT WILL PRINT BLURRY.

A gang sheet refers to printing multiple designs on the same transfer sheet. We print up to 14" X 16" and can often print several designs on 1 sheet to save you money! In order to qualify for gang sheet pricing, you must submit the gang sheet ready to print.

• There will be a resizing fee for any artwork submitted in an incorrect size. This fee is incurred each time we need to resize your design.
• There will be a background removal fee, if requested, to remove a solid color behind your design. Otherwise it will print as received, including any background boxes.  
• There is a rush fee for same or next day service.

Sizes may vary based on design. Please make sure you choose the appropriate size for your project. All measurements are approximate and will be sized according to the longest edge of the design. That means if the design is wider than it is long, it will be sized according to the width. If the design is longer than it is wide, it will be sized according to the length. Please measure the area of the item you will be pressing the transfer on to determine the correct size transfer that you will need to order. If there is a custom size that you need, please message us and we can accommodate.

DTF Designs can be used on any color shirt and fabric.

Heat press temperature should be set to 300F for cotton (280F for polyester, triblend, etc)

Prior to heat pressing, hover the heat press over the transfer INK SIDE UP as close as you can without touching the transfer and allow the transfer to warm up for 10-30 seconds and this process will remove moisture from the transfer. This moisture in the ink builds up during the mailing process.

Use Medium to heavy Pressure to press the moisture out of your shirt and then press the transfer on the shirt for 15 seconds with no cover sheet, wait until cool and peel.

If pressing small print or text, press for 20 seconds using heavy pressure and let the transfer cool before peeling.

Hot peel.

If for any reason that the print begins to lift off the shirt, STOP PEELING AND PRESS IT AGAIN. Most likely your heat press has uneven pressure and heat.

Use a cover sheet (Teflon - recommended or white butcher/parchment paper) after you’ve peeled the transfer, press again for 10 seconds.
